Undergraduate or advanced degree graduate (fresh graduates without prior work experience)

Responsibilities

Assist in identifying, assessing, and solving complex business problems for area of responsibility
Identify client’s high-level business needs and create detailed functional specs and other documentation (e.g., requirement traceability matrices, work-flow diagrams, use-cases)
Define how clients can leverage new technologies for greatest strategic impact in the digital world
Solve key business problems by developing a picture and journey from current state to “to-be” enterprise environment
Develop detailed and actionable business cases and plans leveraging industry, digital, and business process acumen
Work in multi-disciplinary teams to shape, sell, communicate, and implement programs
Assist clients in building required capabilities for growth and innovation to sustain high performance
Reimagine, build, and transform client business and operations by developing cutting-edge assets, tools, methodologies, PoVs, research, white papers, and support Go-to-market offerings
