Responsibilities

The Managed Services Specialist is responsible for processing and executing Managed Services deliverables, collaborating with Performance Management Design/Creative, SEO, and DigAd teams to ensure strategy deployment for dealer and OEM partners. This involves managing and qualifying incoming requests, reviewing submissions for completeness, and coordinating with various departments to ensure effective marketing strategies. The specialist will also QA copy and images for website builds, monitor request progress against SLAs, and become a subject matter expert on the DI platform for executing marketing services strategies.
