Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 3 years of experience in system operations and maintenance, gained through direct client communication. Native-level proficiency in Japanese language skills, both oral and written, is required, along with the ability to read and write English documents using a translator. A strong understanding of customer requirements and the ability to meet or propose alternative plans is also necessary. Nice to have experience configuring/supporting/implementing CRM products like Salesforce, or content management systems such as SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, or Documentum, as well as Java experience.

Responsibilities

As a Managed Services Consultant, you will assist in keeping up to date with new features within the Veeva product suite, working closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements and design solutions. You will act as a customer liaison, managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams. You will guide customers in adopting Veeva products and industry best practices, particularly during post-implementation programs focused on holistic customer success, and drive change management methodology when transitioning customers from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
