Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious. They should also be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high-velocity technology companies, familiar with open source technology, and possess experience using Salesforce. Excellent communication skills across all channels are required, along with experience using Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC.
The Majors Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the APAC region, identifying and nurturing opportunities with existing customers, managing forecasts and customer data, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales process (prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and account management), creating quotes, processing orders, and handling day-to-day customer requests.
