Requirements

Candidates should possess at least 7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the SaaS or subscription model, with a focus on building and managing customer relationships and selling technical products to technical buyers. Native German language skills and experience selling into the DACH market are essential. Proven expertise in account planning and prospecting utilizing various channels and tools such as Zoominfo, LinkedIn, calling, and networking is required.

Responsibilities

The Major Account Manager will generate new leads and opportunities within an assigned account set, representing Sonar’s largest customer base through upselling and cross-selling. They will ensure minimum requirements are established and maintained with customers, onboard them throughout their journey, develop relationships with champions, size and quote customer software license needs, negotiate and close upgrades, interact with customers via various channels, support marketing efforts, and accurately capture and report account information within Salesforce.com, utilizing it to set daily activity and forecast opportunity pipeline.
