Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales, a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment (top 10% performer), and be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, and tenacious. They should also be adaptable with demonstrable experience in high velocity technology companies, possess experience using Salesforce, and have familiarity with open source technology, along with excellent communication skills in all channels and an understanding of the MEDD(P)ICC sales methodology.

Responsibilities

The Major Account Executive, Growth will be responsible for prospecting and growing existing business across the West region, identifying and nurturing opportunities with existing customers, meeting and exceeding sales goals, managing all aspects of the sales process including prospecting, sales meetings, product demos, and negotiations, cultivating sales through outbound prospecting and inbound leads, articulating the value of Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise, managing the sales pipeline in Salesforce, creating quotes, processing orders, and handling customer requests.
