The Majors Account Executive will manage a portfolio of 30 to 50 accounts, balancing account expansion with new business acquisition, and focusing on aligning PagerDuty’s operations cloud story with customer needs. They will be responsible for demonstrating product value, developing strategic account plans, conducting executive engagement, executing sales strategies, prospecting for new logos, and collaborating with internal teams to drive deal success. Additionally, they will establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, negotiate positive outcomes, and provide accurate sales forecasts.
