The role requires knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVACR systems, along with skills in preventive maintenance, repairs, cleaning coils, changing air filters, lubricating motors and bearings, monitoring temperature and humidity, checking mechanical equipment, and maintaining electrical controls.
The Maintenance Engineer works under the general supervision and direction of the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering Manager, and may receive direction from the Lead Engineer on delegated building projects.
