Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and monitor the preventive maintenance plan for all equipment
  • Analyze equipment issues, propose corrective actions, and create plans for resolution
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects across maintenance operations
  • Oversee activities related to the installation of new equipment in the factory
  • Support departmental goals, especially performance metrics directly tied to maintenance operations
  • Evaluate and apply best practices from other APTIV factories to enhance maintenance effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with safety and environmental procedures and standards
  • Organize and maintain the maintenance workspace for optimal efficiency
  • Manage spare parts inventory to support both preventive and corrective maintenance needs
  • Participate in planning departmental activities and aligning them with broader organizational goals
  • Support and help maintain the factory's Emergency Plan, including roles on the Firefighting and First Aid Teams
