Requirements

3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting

Responsibilities

Identify, source, and build relationships with target MSPs and adjacent service providers
Support the full deal lifecycle - from initial outreach through closing and integration
Conduct detailed financial analysis, market research, and valuation modeling
Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and technical workstreams
Prepare investment memos and materials for leadership and board review
Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless post-acquisition integration
Maintain and refine Titan’s acquisition pipeline, tracking key deal metrics
