Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; comfortable interpreting P&L statements, cash flow models, and operational KPIs
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; able to engage with owners, executives, and advisors
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deals at once

Responsibilities

  • Identify, source, and build relationships with target MSPs and adjacent service providers
  • Support the full deal lifecycle - from initial outreach through closing and integration
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, market research, and valuation modeling
  • Coordinate due diligence across financial, legal, operational, and technical workstreams
  • Prepare investment memos and materials for leadership and board review
  • Collaborate with operations and product teams to ensure seamless post-acquisition integration
  • Maintain and refine Titan’s acquisition pipeline, tracking key deal metrics
