Requirements

Candidates must be fluent in English and Dutch and have essential experience working in or with the Benelux market, with Dutch Local Government industry experience being advantageous. A strong understanding of product management methodologies, excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills are required. Familiarity with local regulations and business practices in Belgium, Netherlands, and Luxembourg, along with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities, and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills are also necessary. Product Management certification and 5+ years of experience in product management are advantageous, and willingness to travel is expected.

Responsibilities

The Local Product Manager will drive compliance, product strategy, development, and growth in Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg. This involves staying up-to-date with local regulations and business practices, developing and executing region-specific product strategies, and conducting market research and analysis. The role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and roadmaps, leading the requirement gathering process for localized features, and analyzing product performance metrics and customer feedback. Additionally, the manager will present product strategies and roadmap updates to stakeholders, work with local sales and marketing teams on go-to-market strategies and product launches, and manage relationships with key partners and vendors in the Benelux region.
