Responsibilities include resolving worker support issues promptly, managing workers effectively to meet client demands, ensuring accurate clock-in/out times, and identifying process improvement opportunities. The specialist will also support vetting initiatives, help build standard operating procedures, master internal systems, and assist workers with app usage and complex issues.
