Responsibilities also include ensuring accurate worker payment through proper clock-in/out procedures, identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting vetting initiatives, and assisting in building standard operating procedures. The specialist will also master internal systems, educate workers on app usage, and handle complex user-facing issues.
