Requirements

Candidates should have 2+ years of professional experience in track & trace, logistics coordination, or a similar role within a fast-growing company. Proven ability to manage multiple critical tasks under pressure, deliver against deadlines, and possess an ownership mentality with a strong work ethic are essential. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), attention to detail, swift execution, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, and strong organization, time management, and prioritization skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The Business Operations Specialist will monitor daily operations to ensure flawless execution of marketplace shifts and troubleshoot in real-time. They will coordinate with the Territory Operations Manager to meet customer needs, ensure a positive experience for workers, and resolve support issues promptly. Responsibilities include managing workers to meet client demands, ensuring accurate worker payments through proper clock-in/out procedures, identifying process improvements, supporting vetting initiatives, and helping to build standard operating procedures. The specialist will also master internal systems, educate workers on the Traba app, and handle complex user-facing issues.
