The Sr. Regional Sales Manager will partner with the Regional Sales Director to develop and implement regional sales plans to increase sales volumes and profit margins, manage a team of sales professionals, and sell products to dealers, distributors, and end-user customers. Responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and coaching the regional team, identifying sales penetration opportunities, driving pricing programs, managing customer relationships, conducting customer training, and representing the sales team on cross-functional projects.
