Requirements

Candidates should have solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities in handling multiple countries. A strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, both local and international, especially those related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management is required. Proven experience in implementing end-to-end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations within an organization is necessary. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, strong interpersonal skills, and strong English writing and verbal communication abilities are essential. Proficiency in another language is a plus, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing remote environment.

Responsibilities

The Time & Attendance Specialist will ensure accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for external employees and clients, focusing on legal compliance and an exceptional employee experience. Responsibilities include contributing to the development and maintenance of up-to-date, efficient, and compliant Time & Attendance standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies. The specialist will provide subject matter expertise for internal and external queries related to Time & Attendance, collaborate with clients and employees to address inquiries, and gather feedback to enhance the employee journey. They will also meticulously manage employee data, ensuring it is current, secure, and confidential, and support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives. Additionally, the role involves promoting and exemplifying Remote's values and contributing to the Lifecycle team's goals.
