Responsibilities

Key Outcomes for This Role

  • Define and scale a D2C lifecycle marketing strategy to increase Vet engagement, retention, and loyalty program participation.
  • Design and manage personalized promotions and offers to drive measurable results, such as shift confirmations, booking frequency, and clinician satisfaction.
  • Own full-funnel communication journeys across various channels and touchpoints, utilizing Braze.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align lifecycle initiatives with Roo’s provider growth strategy and product roadmap.

Lifecycle Journey Ownership

  • Own the provider journey from activation to advocacy, identifying key moments that matter.
  • Develop segmented messaging strategies for different provider groups (new, high-volume, high-potential).
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate lifecycle touchpoints into the in-app provider experience.

Promotions Strategy & Loyalty Program

  • Plan, budget, and execute promotional offers to influence provider behavior and drive shift coverage.
  • Measure promotion ROI and iterate quickly to optimize investments.
  • Support the optimization of Roo’s provider loyalty program, including tiering, rewards, milestones, and benefits communication.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Define lifecycle and promotional performance metrics (e.g., retention, shift volume per clinician, reactivation rates).
  • Design and analyze A/B tests, experimenting with messaging and journey triggers to maximize impact.
  • Build and maintain campaign reporting in collaboration with analytics and data teams.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product, Go-to-Market, and CX to ensure lifecycle programs align with the platform experience and support workflows.
  • Coordinate with Growth and Finance to execute lifecycle and promo campaigns tailored to specific market needs.
  • Ensure messaging cohesion across lifecycle communications, product surfaces, and support touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or growth marketing, preferably in D2C, marketplaces, or healthcare.
  • Hands-on experience in owning and executing promotional strategies with clear KPIs and budget management.
