The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will lead lifecycle experimentation projects across email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messaging to improve customer activation, engagement, and retention. They will launch A/B tests in Braze, including hypothesis creation, copywriting, audience targeting, and QA. Responsibilities also include providing feedback to design partners, acting as the marketing representative in a growth squad, and sharing test results to foster a culture of learning.
