Requirements

Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in solutions, product management, consulting, or service line leadership within technology or services. A proven track record of influencing executives and shaping solution strategy is necessary. Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of customer buying behaviors in Life Sciences services (Pharma and CRO) or related industries are required, along with excellent executive communication skills and experience working with product managers and technical teams. Comfort in a global, fast-moving, matrixed organization is also essential.

Responsibilities

The Director will shape, define, and enable Life Sciences solutions, acting as a strategic leader and the voice of the customer. Responsibilities include advising on market trends, maintaining the solutions portfolio, translating capabilities into go-to-market assets, and serving as a subject matter expert for sales pursuits. The role involves building enablement programs, supporting revenue growth, gathering and prioritizing requirements, partnering with Product Management on roadmap alignment, developing business cases, and tracking solution adoption. Collaboration with Marketing for thought leadership and with Delivery leaders for operational readiness is also key.
