Licensed optician (able to perform all duties required of an optician)
Exhibit strategic thinking and sound decision-making using business data

Drive performance and profitability using data trends and process corrections

Responsibilities

Manage, teach, and coach optical team members
Interact with members and confirm appointments
Maintain department upkeep
Serve as liaison between members and lab to ensure timely order processing
Lead through change, build credibility, and champion business growth
Provide honest/timely direction, follow-up, feedback, and accountability
Support team member engagement, policy/procedure application, and compliance
Address/escalate team member and member concerns
Acknowledge success, work as a team to achieve goals, identify/retain top talent
Provide team support/empowerment to resolve member concerns
Ensure safe/positive environment for members and commitment to GOLD Member Standards
Lead teams to maintain daily GOLD club standards (stocking, planograms, signage, cleanliness)
Use reporting to identify trends/opportunities and correct process breakdowns
Communicate business performance connections to team
