Responsibilities

与公司内各部门（发行、研发、市场、品牌等）紧密合作，在日常沟通中充分理解业务需求，并且能针对性地设计可落地的研究解决方案，为研发打磨、产品迭代及发行策略提供洞察和建议
对重点产品展开全面的研究支持工作（定性和定量），能独立负责各类研究项目的流程管理和具体执行，且能高效协调内外部资源，并输出具有高度可落地性的中英文专业研究报告
持续关注三端游戏行业，对游戏市场保持敏锐度和洞察力，能主动识别和提议对多方业务有共性价值的研究课题，为业务提供前瞻性输入
积极主动地进行思考，深入诊断业务产品在各个发展阶段所存在的核心问题。大力推动关键价值研究课题的合作事宜，助力业务更加前置化、节奏化
理清产品的目标市场以及深入理解用户需求，协助对产品的定位和方向进行有效把控
