Requirements

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be admitted to practice law in Switzerland, with at least 2 years of experience as a legal counsel preferred. Strong knowledge of Swiss and international employment laws, corporate law, and intellectual property law is required, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

The Legal Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support across the organization, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while mitigating risk. They will assist in ensuring global compliance with intellectual property transfer agreements and related mechanisms, draft and review commercial and corporate agreements, and provide accurate, relevant, and timely advice on legal topics such as fintech, labor laws, and corporate matters. Additionally, the Legal Counsel will assist with the review and negotiation of client and vendor agreements and support internal compliance efforts.
