Requirements

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree and 8-10 years of relevant experience with high-growth, publicly-traded companies, along with active membership with a U.S. state bar in good standing. Strong technical knowledge of data sourcing, data structuring, and data licensing is required, as well as experience in advising on frontier technologies such as AI and LLM usage.

Responsibilities

As Product Counsel, the individual will provide end-to-end product life-cycle counsel, design and implement policies for data collection and management, advise on new technologies, act as the Legal lead for incident management, assist with managing the company’s IP portfolio, and partner with the Commercial Legal team on customer deals and partnership models. They will also project manage company initiatives, identify and resolve issues, and assist with the review of marketing content.
