As a Senior Counsel, Corporate Governance and Compliance, you will provide expert legal advice to the VP, Legal and executive team on corporate law and governance matters, oversee the implementation of corporate governance practices, monitor compliance with company policies and conduct regular reviews, prepare board meeting agendas, advise on public sector procurement processes, collaborate with customer support and sales teams to scale compliance documentation, partner with information security on audits and certifications, and advise on emerging legal trends. You will also contribute to designing and implementing robust regulatory compliance strategies in collaboration with various teams.
