As Counsel, Compliance & Government Affairs, the individual will assist in the development, implementation, and enforcement of company policies and procedures to mitigate risk, working closely with other business units to audit practices and implement procedures. They will track, analyze, and stay informed about legislative and political developments affecting the company, conduct research and develop materials for the government affairs program, provide recommendations on compliance and government affairs issues, and offer assistance on various general legal matters within the department.
