Candidates should possess a minimum of one (1) year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in retail, multifamily, or hospitality, along with strong customer service skills. An Inclusionary Certification and experience with Yardi and CRM are considered a plus, as is experience working at a luxury property.
The Leasing Associate will maximize property occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing or coordinating exceptional customer service. They will also present the community, apartments, and amenities in an exciting and enticing way while overcoming objections to cultivate long-term relationships with residents, and operate under the direction of the General Manager.
