  • Salary: $73,400.00 - $118,175.00 (base pay may vary)

As a leader in the Smart Home industry, we have a large IoT install base with innovative products powered by our myQ digital ecosystem. This role is within the Sales function, focusing on driving new business acquisition in the Commercial Business Unit, specifically for Perimeter (PAS) or Commercial (CAS) access solutions. The successful candidate will possess deep product knowledge, represent Chamberlain Group at industry events, manage a sales pipeline, and provide strategic direction to commercial sales teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry-specific experience
  • 5+ Years of Business Development/Sales Hunter experience
  • Proven track record of successful business development process implementations that drive growth
  • Multi-Family Market Experience required
  • Access Control/Security market experience preferred (Hardware, Software, Services, or Distribution)
  • Willing to travel up to 70%

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and create a pipeline of prospects, tracking to closure and providing CRM reporting.
  • Provide strategic leadership to sales teams across regions for CAS or PAS product lines.
  • Develop market-specific strategies to drive share growth for Liftmaster and MyQ Community in the Multi-Family Access Control market.
  • Create and execute market plans to educate, drive, and scale portfolio adoption of the MyQ Community solution with Mid-Market Multi-Family Owners, Managers, and Developers.
  • Conduct presentations to channel partners, end-users, and internal leadership.
  • Represent Chamberlain Group at industry trade shows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze customer and market data, making recommendations for sales execution and strategic roadmaps.
  • Conduct projects and programs to generate sales of LiftMaster CAS and PAS products to end users.
  • Utilize CAS and PAS product knowledge to expand competitive market positioning and mentor others.
  • Lead and oversee projects in partnership with key dealers and integrators.
  • Generate and follow up on leads to fulfill the sales pipeline and close sales.
  • Track and record account activity in the CRM.
  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules.
  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by maintaining confidentiality.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through continuous learning and professional engagement.
  • Contribute to team efforts and participate in projects as needed.
