An Inclusionary Certification, experience with Yardi and CRM systems, and prior experience working at a luxury property are considered advantageous qualifications.
The Leasing Associate will generate qualified traffic to maximize property occupancy, network within the local community, schedule appointments, secure rentals, promote resident retention, and provide or coordinate exceptional customer service to prospective residents. They will also present the community, apartments, and amenities in an enticing way, overcoming objections and cultivating long-term relationships with residents, all under the direction of the General Manager.
