Candidates should possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills, strong organizational and time-management abilities, and be resourceful with proactive problem-solving capabilities. They must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively, demonstrating a quick learning aptitude and proficiency in utilizing various computer applications and the Salesforce CRM platform. Furthermore, candidates should have the ability to be flexible and contribute to overall team goals, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills and the capacity to produce high-quality, error-free work in a fast-paced environment, and proven track record of success working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
The Associate Account Executive will focus on making outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate quality leads and close sales, working with the Account Executive (AE) team to facilitate and resource targeted lead lists. They will also participate in AE team huddles, utilizing Salesforce CRM to accurately track leads, opportunities, and customer records, managing sales leads and opportunities, and providing schedules and calendars to the AE team. Additionally, the AAE will collaborate with the team for best practices, attend sales meetings and training, participate in learning and training opportunities, and perform other job-related duties as assigned.
