Expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design best practices, and a range of learning modalities is required. Proficiency with learning technologies and authoring tools, strong communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are also necessary.
The Learning Designer will design and develop blended learning solutions, including eLearning, instructor-led training, job aids, articles, communication, and just-in-time resources. They will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, and effective learning content, translating complex topics into digestible experiences. This role involves using various learning tools and platforms, evaluating learner engagement and performance impact, leveraging feedback for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to support business priorities.
