Requirements

Responsibilities

They will apply instructional design best practices and adult learning principles to create clear, engaging, and effective learning content, translating complex topics into digestible experiences. This role involves using various learning tools and platforms, evaluating learner engagement and performance impact, leveraging feedback for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to support business priorities.
