Requirements

Candidates should be currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field, possess a strong interest in corporate culture, employee engagement, and learning & development, be bilingual (English/Mandarin) to communicate with international and headquarters-based stakeholders, demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, possess a creative mindset for crafting engaging content, exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design tools like Canva or Photoshop, with video-editing skills being a plus.

Responsibilities

The Learning & Culture Intern will assist in planning and executing company-wide engagement programs, support internal communication efforts by creating content, gather feedback from employees through surveys and focus groups, help coordinate training sessions and learning events, contribute to the curation and development of learning materials, research and recommend new learning tools, assist in compiling reports and analyzing data related to employee training and engagement, and contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving the employee experience.
