Requirements

Candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing an MBA and on track to graduate between December 2026 and Spring 2027. A minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or a similar role at a technology company is required. Applicants should possess strong quantitative analysis skills, including financial modeling and valuation, and be effective communicators, comfortable with both business and technical discussions. They should also be collaborative team players, independent thinkers, and self-starters who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Expertise or a strong interest in the enterprise software/SaaS industry and experience leveraging AI in work processes are considered a plus.

Responsibilities

The intern will support the evaluation and execution of M&A and strategic investment opportunities, conduct market research and competitive analysis on industry trends and emerging companies, and develop financial models and valuation analyses. Responsibilities also include conducting due diligence to assess potential transactions, preparing presentations and recommendations for senior leaders, and partnering with cross-functional teams throughout the target identification and deal execution process.
