Requirements

  • 5+ years in performance marketing / UA, with real impact on high-scale mobile games
  • Proven leadership experience leading and growing high-performing teams, spotting and coaching top talent
  • Mastery of major UA platforms: Meta, TikTok, Applovin, AdMob, DSPs
  • Deep understanding of MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust), SKAN, and attribution dynamics
  • Comfortable navigating spreadsheets, statistical tools, and creative testing frameworks
  • Analytical & creative problem-solver who knows when to trust gut vs. data
  • Experimentation mindset: thinks in test plans, incremental wins, and scalable learning loops
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptable, thriving in fast-paced, ambitious environments
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator, driving alignment across disciplines
  • Fluent in English (French is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Build and grow UA team: recruit outstanding talent, coach underperformers, make tough calls, create performance-driven culture
  • Lead UA strategy across multiple game launches: define tunnel-wide growth strategies, partner with studios on targets/timings/tactics, own flawless execution
  • Personally manage top-performing games: own UA for highest-priority titles, set standards via hands-on campaign management and optimization
  • Boost performance: dive into campaign data, increase ROAS through creative iteration and insights, set up forecasting/pacing/growth reporting
  • Collaborate to unlock growth: partner with studios, product managers, creative strategists, data scientists; shape product decisions, test bold UA tactics
  • Shape growth tools: use in-house UA automation systems, provide structured feedback to improve performance
  • Be a thought leader: share UA insights, mentor peers, contribute to learning culture, drive cross-functional initiatives for growth excellence
