Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers and HR to identify, attract, and hire top talent for Supply Chain, HR, Engineering, and Finance functions in EMEA
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: from initial Intake Meetings to presenting offers and initiating contract creation and onboarding via HR colleagues
  • Facilitate Intake Meetings to understand role requirements, devise and implement internal and external sourcing strategies, and agree on interview and selection approaches
  • Articulate compelling career opportunities, advertise vacancies using Stryker Careers Site, job boards, social media, referrals, and targeted engagement to attract diverse candidates
  • Conduct initial screens to assess technical skills and cultural fit, and excite candidates about Stryker opportunities
  • Shortlist candidates and manage them through interview, assessment, and selection processes, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
  • Present offers to successful candidates
  • Manage requisition lifecycle in ATS (Workday) with high accuracy and timeliness for data integrity
  • Listen to and understand needs and motivations of stakeholders
  • Advise and guide hiring teams on recruitment processes, policies, technology, industry trends, and best practices
  • Communicate effectively to achieve alignment with hiring teams and tactfully drive the hiring process to hire top talent quickly
  • Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies, and share best practices
  • Participate in projects, implement best practices, embrace change, and improve the overall talent acquisition function
