Requirements

  • Ability to collaborate with CMM team, Process Team, Operators, and functional areas (e.g., Maintenance)
  • Knowledge of maintenance, facilities, and continuous improvement in manufacturing
  • Spanish language proficiency (based on job description language)

Responsibilities

  • Support development/review of work plans for facilities and manufacturing equipment, including Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Job Plans; ensure appropriateness and frequency; provide feedback to Engineering/Maintenance for changes
  • Act as the main liaison between CMM and Maintenance
  • Provide feedback to Process Engineers and/or Reliability on spare parts and consumables lists, including inventory levels to minimize operational delays
  • Assist in developing and reviewing safety procedures, equipment operation, and shutdown procedures; coordinate with operators, Supervisors, Process Engineer, and Manufacturing Operations Associate
  • Generate work permits; assist in generating and ensuring plans for equipment interruptions (Lockout/Tag Out, Linebreaking)
  • Support execution of qualifications and validations in the area
  • Support and influence generation and execution of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans
  • Generate work orders required by CMM and ensure completion following necessary procedures (appropriate documentation); inspect completed work (e.g., major interventions) to verify compliance with work plan, cleanup, safety requirements, and documentation
  • Assist and actively participate in CMM meetings to provide necessary support (daily, Process Team, Huddle Board, monthly, special)
  • Plan and coordinate operation, maintenance, and project activities to avoid interruptions; support execution of work plans
  • Assist in purchasing materials and equipment as required
  • Participate in meetings with service suppliers as required
  • Report CMM performance metrics
  • Stay updated and communicate improvements made in the area to the group
  • Support implementation of capital projects
  • Assist/support productivity projects (e.g., Lean, 5S, efficiency) as required
  • Motivate operations personnel to provide improvement suggestions
  • Comply with Business Systems (Quality, Environmental, Health, and Safety)
  • Contribute to compliance and follow-up on implementation of recommendations from inspections
  • Inspect areas from health, safety, and quality perspectives; generate C-Seguro/Work Orders (WO) as needed and ensure timely closure
  • Support implementation of action plans related to events and/or trends
  • Act as custodian of the C-Seguro system (or equivalent) for CMM, including resource assignment, follow-up, metrics, and C-Seguro Triage
