Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) and 5+ years of related sourcing, procurement, or supply chain experience
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies within retail or supply chain environments
  • Expertise in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration, including custom legal language
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and scenario analysis for sourcing decisions
  • Knowledge of contractual terms, including intellectual property and licensing
  • Experience managing complex supplier relationships and driving process improvements
  • Up-to-date market intelligence to inform sourcing and negotiation effectiveness
  • Demonstrated ability to manage Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and “What-If” scenario planning for sourcing events
  • Familiarity with complex deal sheet generation, demand forecasting, and supporting multi-business unit contract flexibility
  • Preferred: Graduate degree in business administration, Procurement, Business Law, CPM, or Juris Doctorate
  • Additional experience in supplier relationship management, cost management, or quality management is a plus
  • Office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX, or Bedminster, NJ (no relocation offered)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to specific categories like mobility devices, accessories, broadband equipment, transportation, and logistics operations
  • Oversee the complete supplier contract lifecycle, from RFX development through negotiation and final execution
  • Analyze and interpret contract terms, proactively addressing supplier issues such as performance, compliance, and risk management
  • Lead negotiations for contract modifications, pricing, renewals, and legal terms with both new and existing suppliers
  • Build financial models to compare sourcing options and drive cost-saving initiatives
  • Collaborate across teams to support corporate transformation, technology upgrades, and evolving business needs
