Ability to work in a fully remote, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with overlapping hours (US-based outside Pacific time zone: at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm PT each workday)

Responsibilities

Work closely with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Deal Desk, Security, Vendor, and other teams
Draft, negotiate, and administer customer and vendor agreements
Ensure smooth and effective contract review processes
Handle related functions, including contracting playbooks, responding to RFPs, managing changes to contract templates, and addressing contract requests from stakeholders
Drive operational excellence and optimize contract management using advanced AI-enabled technologies for efficient, accurate contract execution
Assist with projects and continuous process improvement to scale the company by adding efficiency and rigor
