Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fully remote, fast-paced, hyper-growth environment with overlapping hours (US-based outside Pacific time zone: at least six hours between 8 am and 5 pm PT each workday)

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Sales, Client Success, Finance, Deal Desk, Security, Vendor, and other teams
  • Draft, negotiate, and administer customer and vendor agreements
  • Ensure smooth and effective contract review processes
  • Handle related functions, including contracting playbooks, responding to RFPs, managing changes to contract templates, and addressing contract requests from stakeholders
  • Drive operational excellence and optimize contract management using advanced AI-enabled technologies for efficient, accurate contract execution
  • Assist with projects and continuous process improvement to scale the company by adding efficiency and rigor
