Responsibilities

The Lead Site Specialist, Coverage Specialist will travel to customer facilities to provide support for scheduled and unscheduled coverage gaps, managing inventory, order management, chemical management, glass wash operations, and media/buffer preparation. They will also drive process improvement, maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, utilize computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, and demonstrate organizational skills to meet deadlines while working in a laboratory setting with potential exposure to chemical allergens and hazardous materials.
