Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in partnerships, sales, account management, customer success, or customer service, preferably within supply chain software or chemical manufacturing industries. A strong understanding of chemical procurement functions and the chemical/raw material industry is essential, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills for building trust, and the ability to create structured plans and manage multiple priorities. The candidate must be capable of understanding supplier needs and collaborating with internal teams.

Responsibilities

The Supplier Partnerships Lead will own and execute a supplier partnerships strategy, driving supplier engagement and outreach to inspire participation and ensure broad reach. This role involves running outbound campaigns to source new supplier partnerships, conducting product demos and pitches virtually and in-person, and serving as the primary point of contact for supplier onboarding, inquiries, and escalations. The lead will meticulously track supplier interactions, gather feedback to understand key themes for organizational improvement, and track and report on KPIs to measure program success, adapting to global time zones as needed.
