Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the shared ownership of Salesforce—driving adoption, design, automation, and scalable integrations as part of a collaborative ownership model
  • Lead the design of technical processes and frameworks that support forecasting, capacity planning, and performance measurement
  • Scope, design, and lead cross-functional RevOps projects with Sales, Marketing, CS, and Finance leaders
  • Drive the roadmap for data visibility and reporting—partnering closely with business leaders
  • Build organizational clarity around RevOps initiatives—ensuring strong project management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery against milestones
  • Collaborate with other RevOps team members and coach GTM stakeholders on leveraging AI to retool workflows
  • Act as a trusted advisor on funnel strategy, recommending changes that increase conversion and velocity
