The Lead Recruiter should have 7+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on experienced hires in the U.S. and Canada across various business areas including product management, business operations & analytics, product design/research, growth marketing, communications, legal, content, human resources, finance and administration. Candidates should demonstrate deep curiosity, a driver mentality, and comfort with ambiguity, along with a passion for perfecting their recruiting craft.
As the Lead Recruiter, you will act as the project leader for your assigned roles, driving the search forward and identifying blockers. You will conduct very thorough initial screens, including carefully crafted interview questions that mimic later stage hiring manager interviews, and analyze key requirements to iterate on questions and surface valuable insights about candidates’ track record and skills. You will primarily own experienced hires and partner closely with senior leaders, ensuring continuous learning and progress in the recruitment process.
