Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager will be responsible for leading member research, developing engagement best practices, and designing clinical solutions for members with Medicare and Medicaid. This involves partnering with multidisciplinary teams to define and deliver clinical solutions that improve health outcomes for dual-eligible members, owning the end-to-end solution lifecycle. Key duties include engaging in ambiguous problem-solving and strategy setting, using data to identify opportunities in clinical outcomes, quality, cost, and experience, and employing a design-first approach to develop clinical program requirements. The role involves working iteratively to improve products and programs, leading cross-functional teams to define and execute opportunities, making prioritization decisions, balancing business objectives with customer needs, and serving as a leader within the clinical product team by coaching and mentoring junior members and contributing to team culture and strategic initiatives.
