Responsibilities

The Equity Operations Manager will be responsible for architecting board and stockholder consents, managing related workflows, and ensuring smooth board meeting processes. This role involves orchestrating corporate entity formation and maintenance, and taking charge of cap table management in collaboration with the Finance team. The manager will also be expected to build processes from scratch, adapt to shifting priorities, and collaborate effectively with executives, board members, and investors.
