Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong Product-Led Growth (PLG) experience across the entire product lifecycle, including discovery and optimization. Proven success in improving onboarding, activation, or retention through product changes is essential. Candidates must have hands-on experience with A/B testing and post-experiment analysis, demonstrate high data fluency, and be comfortable using key metrics to inform decisions. The role requires the ability to simplify complex problems, communicate clearly across teams, and experience in leading and mentoring Product Managers with a coaching mindset. Strong influencing skills without authority and comfort working at the intersection of Product and Marketing are also necessary. Operational strength with a bias toward action and outcomes is expected.

Responsibilities

The Lead Product Manager will own the product-led growth strategy end-to-end, defining and driving a clear, measurable roadmap for onboarding, retention, and engagement. This role involves aligning cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Lifecycle Marketing, and Product Marketing Management (PMM). The Lead Product Manager will also lead and coach 1-2 Product Managers focused on growth initiatives, partner with the Data team to identify friction points and prioritize opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing and PMM on joint initiatives and shared KPIs. Additionally, they will structure and run experiments to validate and optimize growth initiatives, drive accountability and execution discipline across the roadmap, and represent the growth product domain internally as the go-to leader.
