About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to join our rapidly expanding team. Reporting to the Director of People Operations, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive learning strategies to foster employee growth, enhance manager effectiveness, and deepen dentistry knowledge across our 1500-person organization. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned L&D professional to make a significant impact in a hypergrowth healthcare company.

Responsibilities

• Onboarding Programs: Own and manage end-to-end onboarding programs to quickly acclimate new employees to Dandy's culture, processes, and essential dentistry knowledge.
• Manager Enablement: Drive manager development across the organization, including leadership training, coaching skills, and performance management programs for our growing management team.
• Dentistry Knowledge Curriculum: Build and maintain a curriculum that ensures all employees understand dental industry basics and best practices relevant to their roles.
• AI Enablement: Champion AI adoption across the organization, training employees on AI tools and best practices to boost productivity.
• Learning Systems & Measurement: Implement and manage learning systems to deliver, track, and optimize the effectiveness of all learning initiatives.
• Facilitation: Facilitate training and development programs, collaborating with subject matter experts to create scalable learning experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale learning programs.
• Experience in high-growth startups (500+ employees), with the ability to build programs from scratch in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong background in manager and leadership development, with experience creating enablement programs for growing management teams.
• Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences on complex technical content.
• Data-driven approach with experience in measuring learning effectiveness and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Experience with AI tools and digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and innovation.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience in the healthcare or dental industry, with an understanding of clinical workflows and terminology.
• Experience implementing AI tools or automation in learning environments to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Experience with virtual and hybrid learning delivery models.
• Previous experience scaling L&D programs during periods of rapid headcount growth.
