Responsibilities

The Membership Strategy & Growth Lead will define and evolve Oura's membership business model, focusing on pricing, packaging, channels, and monetization to drive Lifetime Value (LTV) growth through retention-first initiatives. This role involves operationalizing business designs into scalable programs, leading cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Data Science, and Member Care teams, and building frameworks for measuring membership health and forecasting initiative impact. Responsibilities also include championing data-driven segmentation and personalized member journeys, exploring new membership adjacencies, and influencing membership narrative and strategy at the executive and board levels.
