Candidates should have proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment, extensive knowledge of Apollo.io and other prospecting tools, strong communication and persuasion skills, and the ability to analyze outreach performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Experience with CRM tools for tracking and managing leads is also required, along with being self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation.
The Lead Generation Specialist will utilize Apollo.io to research and identify potential leads, develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels, qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule discovery calls, maintain an updated database of prospects and track engagement metrics, and collaborate with the sales team to transition leads into sales-qualified opportunities. They will also continuously optimize lead generation strategies based on performance analytics.
