Requirements

Candidates should possess 8+ years of engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, and demonstrated experience leading Growth Engineering teams within a high-growth startup or tech company. Expertise in A/B testing, data analytics, and experimentation platforms such as Optimizely, LaunchDarkly, Amplitude, Segment, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics is required, alongside strong programming skills in modern web technologies like JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, or Node.js and a deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, including AWS or GCP.

Responsibilities

As the Growth Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for leading the Growth Engineering team to drive technical initiatives that enhance user acquisition, retention, and monetization, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Data Science, and Engineering teams to optimize key growth metrics. You will architect and build scalable systems supporting growth, implement A/B testing frameworks, leverage automation and machine learning to optimize user engagement, and ensure technical excellence through performance optimization, security, and scalability, while also hiring, mentoring, and developing a world-class team.
