Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 10 years work experience in maintenance or engineering (plant and/or reliability)

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical and discipline support focused on Planning/Scheduling/Performing Maintenance, Materials Management, Equipment Reliability, Calibration, and Metrology
  • Offer global assistance to sites in Maintenance and Laboratory Asset Management, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis and resolution, future planning, site assessments, and consultations
  • Provide ongoing technical support and mentoring to site plant engineering and maintenance groups, domestic and global, at new and existing Manufacturing and Laboratory sites
  • Assist in the development and delivery of Maximo user training and associated training materials
  • Assist in the development and delivery of GMARS user training and associated training materials
  • Partner with technical staff and external partners to ensure proper execution of maintenance and reliability practices
  • Support continuous improvements and efficient use of Maximo, including aiding in the development, testing, and deployment of new software releases alongside the Lilly IT team
  • Manage Maximo Change Control, including drafting and revising changes, and participating in and leading meetings for the Maximo Change Control Board
  • Monitor the effectiveness of Maximo, gather user feedback, and recommend improvements
  • Facilitate standardized implementation and operational support of IBM Maximo – Enterprise Asset Management System, including technical consulting, end user training, managing training and resource documents, compliance assistance, and support for daily operations
  • Oversee the Global Maximo Community of Practice SharePoint and Viva Engage pages
  • Facilitate Global Maximo Community of Practice meetings on topics such as condition-based maintenance, reliability, system security, and system roles and responsibilities (e.g., Data Administration, Planning/Scheduling, Maintenance Supervision, Craftsperson, Materials Management, and Calibration) for Lilly manufacturing and laboratory sites
