A deep understanding of user empathy and user experience sensibilities is required, along with the ability to work effectively with designers and engineers in an agile environment. An entrepreneurial, self-starter work style, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to facilitate collaborative decision-making are essential. An analytical and metrics-driven work style is also necessary, as is comfort in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Occasional travel may be required.
The Lead Digital Product Manager will develop the vision and roadmap for existing and new digital products or feature sets, focusing on functionality, performance, and lifecycle to drive eCommerce acquisition. This role involves providing strategic thought-leadership on product management best-practices within the organization and with partner teams. Responsibilities include assessing business and consumer impact, balancing tradeoffs, establishing hypotheses for testing and iteration, and structuring/leading meetings to communicate progress. The individual will establish success measures and KPIs, monitor execution strategy, and lead cross-functional teams through influence. Creating business cases, collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams, and determining optimal technical implementation methods and schedules are also key duties.
